Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to request a return.

Customized Items
Customized items cannot be canceled or returned unless defective. For custom orders, returns are discussed individually.

Damages & Incorrect Items
We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the money will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it might take a little longer for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
